Name to Avatar ("we", "us", or "our") provides tools for generating and managing synthetic names, avatars, identities, and company rosters. This policy explains what information we process when you use the website, Dashboard, API, and related services.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. We also store session and account records needed to authenticate you.

Content and service activity

We process generator inputs, generated results, visibility settings, saved resources, API keys, credit balances, and other actions you take to provide the Service. Generator inputs may include names, prompts, and options you submit.

Technical information

We may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, request headers, referrers, approximate location derived from network information, API routes used, response status, and timing data for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service analytics.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive and retain transaction identifiers, purchase status, amounts, and credit records, but we do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate accounts and secure API access.
  • Generate requested content and store resources according to their visibility.
  • Process purchases, maintain credit balances, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Content created with a public visibility setting may be displayed publicly, shared through public links, or returned by public features. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in content intended to be public.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
